Responsibilities

As Exigo’s Community Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and engaging our audience online, through social media and other channels.

  • Social media marketing – create, manage and grow the company’s presence through blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
  • Content creation – write blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
  • Monitor and measure the success of community engagement (i.e. number of power users, number of discussions, etc.), and provides reports for executives.
  • Identify and report on community trends to internal teams and advise on potential opportunities or risks.
  • Track KPIs related to Social CRM goals on recruitment, retention and outreach on a daily basis.
  • Contribute to related communication vehicles and ensure the integration of community for promotion and awareness building.
  • Promote and evangelize community activities internally.

Reporting and team structure

You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work across departments to gather content and assist in product development goals.

We’re looking for a senior network administrators to provide system and network related solutions for Exigo’s information technology assets, oversee the functioning of networking equipment and follow strict maintenance standards as well as work with other IT team members, supervisors, and end-users to work on connectivity problems.

Exigo’s Business Analysts (BAs for short) support over 70 Direct Selling and Network Marketing businesses all over the world. Our clients rely on Exigo’s sofware and services to run every aspect of their business. Exigo BAs make that happen by jumping right into the middle of the chaos. We spend our days reading tickets and emails, fielding conference calls with CIOs and CEOs… all while wrangling requirements into functional tasks that our very talented and very busy programmers can use.


What your day looks like

  • Analyze change requests submitted by our clients, converting them into solid requirements that a developer can use to provide estimates
  • Set expectations and help clients plan for software changes that meet their specific business needs
  • Run conference calls, write executive summaries, write testing plans
  • Design mockups and document use cases
  • Brainstorm with Business and IT stakeholders
  • Analyze integration guides and 3rd-party software specifications

But What Does It REALLY Take

This is a Custom Software gig.

You need to have some experience with that sort of thing. That usually means you’ve spent 1 - 2 years in an IT support role. Being comfortable working with MS-SQL is a big plus. Having MLM industry experience is also big plus.
